1. Basic education

Fujisaki positions the third year of joining the company as a training period, and provides education in conjunction with group training and on-site training to acquire basic attitudes, knowledge, and skills as an employee of Fujisaki.

We are also focusing on education of business skills that can be used in society as well as inside the company.
