― Why did you decide to join Fujisaki?

My interest was that I was a company that I knew from an early age and recognized by local people, the best department store in Tohoku. It's great that parents were Fujisaki fans. In the course of job hunting, department stores have a wide variety of tasks, including product purchases, sales, product planning, and foreign business, as well as transactions with corporate customers in addition to individual customers. Based on our philosophy, I thought that we put our customers first, flexibly respond to needs and worries, and value the satisfaction of our customers while keeping close contact with the community, further interest deepened. Eventually, I wanted to connect with customers who could not usually be involved in the foreign business section, wanted to hone myself and play an active part, and I wanted to work for Fujisaki for customers for the next 40 years at a local company. I decided to join the company.

― Please tell me about your current job content and rewarding.

It is my job to be deeply involved with corporations and individuals in the Ishinomaki area to propose various services such as "things" and "things", enriching the customer's environment and living, and providing customers with thrilling Wakuwaku is. Every day, it is difficult to propose optimal services to busy customers every day, but I still feel rewarded when I am trusted and happy.

It is my driving force now that the customer told me, "I'm glad I asked Mr. Minegishi" and "I can easily ask Mr. Minegishi can easily ask like my son (like a grandchild)." We now have. I think that foreign sales is a wonderful job that can be stimulated by being deeply involved with customers who can not usually be involved, and I think that it is a wonderful job that can be polished myself.

― What do you want to challenge in the future?

At present, the environment surrounding customers is changing rapidly due to the effects of the new coronavirus, and the situation of customers is constantly changing. Therefore, I would like to challenge the business that does not make you feel the distance between Ishinomaki and Sendai and the Kanto area. We would like to propose a wide range of services using communication apps for products that cannot usually be viewed unless customers visit the site. To that end, I would like to quickly detect customers' requests and study a lot of things, including product knowledge.

My goal is to increase the number of Minegishi fans = Fujisaki fans through sales.

― How do you spend your time off?

When I was a student, I belonged to the Sports Club Rugby Club, and lived almost every day.
Even now, I can't calm unless I move my body, so I play futsal and golf and move my body to reflex.
