My interest was that I was a company I knew from an early age, and it was the best department store in Tohoku, recognized by local people. It's also great that my parents were fans of Fujisaki. In the course of job hunting, department stores have a wide range of operations, including product purchases, sales, product planning, and gaisho sales, in addition to individual customers, business with corporate customers, and business with corporate customers. Based on the management philosophy, I learned that I value customers flexibly respond to needs and worries, and that I value customer satisfaction while keeping close contact with the community, and further deepened my interest. Ultimately, I decided to join the company because I wanted to connect with customers who couldn't usually get involved in the gaisho department and to refine myself and work for Fujisaki for the next 40 years at a local company.
It is my job to be deeply involved with corporations and individuals in the Ishinomaki area, propose various services such as "things" and "koto", enrich the customer's environment and life, and provide customers with thrilling Wakuwaku. I feel it is difficult every day to propose optimal services for busy customers every day, but I still feel rewarding when I am trusted and happy by our customers.
What I actually proposed is that the customer told me, "I'm glad I asked Mr. Minegishi" "I can easily ask Mr. Minegishi like a son (like a grandchild)" It has become. Gaisho sales are stimulated by being deeply involved with customers who cannot usually be involved, and I think it is a wonderful job that can improve myself.
At present, the environment surrounding customers is changing rapidly due to the impact of the new coronavirus, and the situation of customers is constantly changing. Therefore, I would like to take on the challenge of business that does not make the customers feel the distance between Ishinomaki, Sendai, and the Kanto region. We would like to propose a wide range of services using communication apps for products that cannot be viewed normally unless customers visit the site. For that purpose, I would like to quickly detect customer requests and study a lot of things, including product knowledge.
My goal is to increase the number of Minegishi fans = Fujisaki fans through sales operations.
When I was a student, I belonged to the Sports Association Rugby Club and lived almost every day.
Even now, I can't calm down unless I move my body, so I'm doing futsal or golf and moving my body to lift it.
