― Why did you decide to join Fujisaki?

I was interested in shopping experience when I was a student. When I visited Fujisaki for the first time to buy a gift for Father's Day, the sales clerk took care of me when I was wondering which tie would suit my father. Until I entered the store, I was worried because I had a high threshold image, but when I left the store, I was filled with the joy of purchasing my favorite products and the joy of being a warm customer service. With that experience unforgettable, I decided to join the company because I strongly thought, "I would like to become a member of Fujisaki and bring a smile to the customers who came to the store."

― Could you tell me about your current job and rewarding?

My current job is to visit a gaisho customer's home, a customer of Fujisaki, to deliver the ordered products and provide information on recommended products.

On behalf of Fujisaki, I feel rewarded to be able to provide value to the customers in charge. Having a customer in charge is a great responsibility and can be difficult. However, more than that, we can propose a wide variety of products handled by department stores that match each customer's hobby taste and lifestyle, and when customers are pleased, a great sense of accomplishment can be enjoyed.

― What do you want to do in the future?

Our challenge is to cultivate relationships with customers. I became gaisho sales through the men's and women's clothing sales floors, but in any position I felt it was important to connect people (customers) and people (sellers) in order to have customers think, "I want to shop next time in Fujisaki." In recent years, the form of sales has been changing due to the expansion of Internet shopping and advances in AI technology, but I would like to emphasize detailed proposals that can only be made face-to-face. I would like to further strengthen our connections with customers, which is the strength of Fujisaki.

― How do you spend time off?

The pleasure of my holiday is "eat walking". I love eating for a long time, and when I find a shop that looks delicious on the Internet and magazines, I assault it.
Since gaisho sales, many customers have been able to teach you recommended shops, and the number of shops you want to go is increasing rapidly.
