PROFILE

2014.4 Fujisaki Appointed to a men's clothing store
2017.3 Assigned to women's clothing sales section
2019.3 Responsible for sales and sales of non-assigned customers

― Why did you decide to join Fujisaki?

My interest was the shopping experience when I was a student. When I visited Fujisaki for the first time to buy a Father's Day gift, a salesperson gave me a friendly consultation when I was wondering which tie would suit my father. Until I entered the store, I was worried about the image of a high threshold, but when I left the store, I was full of the joy of purchasing my favorite products and the joy of having a warm customer service. I couldn't forget that experience, and decided to join the company because I strongly thought, "I would like to become a member of Fujisaki and send a smile to customers who came to the store."

― Please tell me about your current job content and rewarding.

His current job is to visit the foreign merchant's customer's home, which is a customer of Fujisaki, and delivers the ordered products and information on recommended products.

On behalf of Fujisaki, I feel rewarded to be able to provide value to the customers I am in charge. Having a customer in charge is a great responsibility and can be difficult. However, more than that, we can propose products from a wide variety of products handled at department stores that match the hobbies and lifestyles of each customer, and when the customer is pleased, a great achievement You can enjoy.

― What do you want to challenge in the future?

What we want to challenge is to deepen our relationships with our customers. I became foreign sales through the men's and women's clothing sales floor, but from any standpoint, in order to make customers want to "shopping in Fujisaki next time", people (customer) and people (sales) I felt that the connection with the staff was important. In recent years, the form of sales has been changing due to the expansion of Internet shopping and advances in AI technology, but I would like to focus on detailed proposals that can only be made by face-to-face. We also want to strengthen our connections with our customers, which are the strength of Fujisaki.

― How do you spend your time off?

The pleasure of my holiday is "eating walking." I love eating for a long time, and when I find a restaurant that looks delicious on the Internet or in magazines, I am assault.
After becoming foreign sales, many customers can tell you recommended shops, and the number of shops you want to go is increasing rapidly.
