― Why did you decide to join Fujisaki?

In a nutshell, I felt that the company's atmosphere suits me. When I was in my third year of college, I took part in an internship at Fujisaki.

At that time, all employees had the will of "believe the customer more than anything else", felt the corporate culture of working, and felt attractive. I decided to join the company because I wanted to be a member of the company.

― Please tell me about your current job content and rewarding.

Currently, I am in charge of sales planning, and I am engaged in e-commerce (EC) business. The needs of the EC are becoming accelerating due to corona, and we are one of the businesses we are currently working on. My main role is to plan content linked to the head office. We want to create an environment where we can purchase as many products as possible at our head office, not only at stores, but also at our stores.

It is interesting and rewarding to find out every day because it is a business that is still developing and what role it will play in the EC channel and how it will play.

― What do you want to challenge in the future?

This is to increase the number of Fujisaki fans.

The term "Fujisaki fan" here refers to customers who shop not only at stores but also in the EC. In order to create a sales channel unique to Fujisaki, which is more convenient and familiar to our customers, we will pursue the benefits of buying not only in stores but also in the EC, and what is the strength of Fujisaki's online channel.

― How do you spend your time off?

It's golf!
I go to practice hardly on holidays.
When I joined the company, I started because the sales floor was golf equipment, but I regret that I should have been in the first time earlier.
