2018.4 | In charge of walking shoes and golf wear assigned to the sports department at Fujisaki Joining Sports Department |

2020.9 | Appointed to Sales Planning Officer Mainly in charge of EC business |
In a nutshell, I felt that the atmosphere of the company is right for me. When I was in my third year of university, I participated in an internship at Fujisaki.
At that time, all of our employees had the will of "mostly for our customers" and felt the corporate culture of working and attracted them. I decided to join the company because I wanted to be a member of that.
Currently, I am in charge of sales planning and engaged in e-commerce (e-commerce) business. The need for e-commerce is accelerating due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and this is one of the businesses we are currently focusing on. In this context, my main role is to plan content linked to the head office. We would like to create an environment where you can purchase as many products as possible not only in stores but also in our head office at e-commerce stores.
The EC channel is interesting and rewarding to explore every day because it is still a business that is still developing to see what kind of changes will take and what role it will play in the future.
It is to increase the number of "Fujisaki fans".
The term "Fujisaki fan" here refers to customers who shop not only at stores but also at EC. For customers, we will pursue the benefits of buying not only at stores but also at e-commerce, and what Fujisaki's strengths are, and create a sales channel unique to Fujisaki that is more convenient and familiar to customers.
It's golf!
I go to practice almost every day on holidays.
I started because the sales floor when I joined the company was golf equipment, but I regret that I should have made it for the first time earlier.
