Greetings

I am very pleased to be able to hold a new exhibition in Sendai, my hometown for the first time in five years.
Recently, I have realized the importance of continuing to exist in people's lives, and I feel that what I can do is to continue creating things for that era.
Until now, Japanese traditional crafts have been adapted and inherited in various turbulent times.
Inheriting handicrafts from the Edo period, thank you for the accumulation of work of your predecessors, and in the modern era, while creating and challenging with all your heart, the glaze style created by natural flames and the transparency of color paintings, I feel a sense of heading.
I would appreciate your pleasure.
