1.Purpose of Use

2.About reservation
・Reservations can be accepted from the online reservation form (24 hours a day).
・Reservations can be made 30 days in advance, but reservations from the WEB are accepted up to 3 days before the date of use.
・If you want to make a reservation on the day, please make a reservation by phone or visiting the store.
(10:00 am to 5:30 pm, excluding Sunday and public holidays)
3.About payment
・Payment will be made at our store on the day of use.
・You can also pay in advance. (10:00 am to 5:30 pm, excluding Sunday and public holidays)
・You can pay by cash, credit card, or gift certificate.
※Fujisaki F card members can also pay with +F electronic money and points.
※Points are not eligible
4.About use
・Please make a reservation including the time of reception, preparation, clearing, and loading and unloading equipment.
・Available hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
・①There are three usage frames from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, and 3 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
・We cannot accept the extension of the time basically.
・If you use the service after the end time of the contract without contacting us, you will be charged a prescribed additional fee.
・If you do not contact us within 15 minutes from the start time of the reservation, we may cancel your reservation.
・Even if you cancel your reservation, you will be charged the prescribed fee.
・Even if you use the service after the reserved start time, you will be charged the fee calculated from the reserved start time.
5.Cancellation and change of reservation details
・Cancellations and changes to your reservation will be accepted free of charge up to one week in advance.
・A cancellation fee will be charged one week prior to the date of use.
In case of cancellation or change 1 week to 4 days before: 50% collection of usage fees
In case of cancellation or change from 3 days before to the day of use: Full collection of usage fees
※Please pay the cancellation fee by visiting the store or bank transfer (the invoice will be sent to the address you entered at the time of booking).
・If you wish to change or cancel your reservation after making a reservation, please contact us immediately.
・Up to 3 days before the use date, you can change or cancel the contents from the WEB (if you have registered as a member, from My Page, and if you have not registered, the URL for changing / canceling is described in the e-mail delivered at the time of reservation) Is possible.
・It is not possible to change or cancel from the web on the day and 2 days before. Please contact us by phone.

6.Restrictions on Use
Use may be refused if any of the following items apply.
・If our store finds that the content of use is inappropriate for customs, safety management or hygiene management.
・If our shop finds that it is against public order and morals or may violate the law.
・When the reservation information, purpose of use, and method of use at the time of booking are contrary to the facts.
・When the user is deemed to be a member of a gangster or a member of an anti-social organization
・Transfer, sublease to anyone other than the applicant
7.Prohibitions
・Bringing in food and drink (basically, you can not eat, please offer about bringing in drinks.)
・Smoking
・Bring in hazardous materials, decays, and strong odors.
・Acts that are likely to cause inconvenience to the surroundings, such as making loud noises, exercising, etc.
・Sales of products
8.Other notes
・After use, please return to the original condition.
・Please take home any garbage generated during use.
・If equipment and equipment are soiled, damaged, or lost, you will be responsible for the damage.
In addition, if the facility becomes unavailable due to the above, you will be charged the total amount of lost profits based on the actual cost of the damage and the usage fee.
・As a general rule, luggage and valuables cannot be kept. Please manage valuables at your own risk. In the unlikely event that it is stolen or lost, our shop will not be liable.
・Conversation and use of mobile phones in common areas (lobbies) are prohibited.
・No smoking is allowed in the facility.
9.Cancellation of use
・The use may be canceled if any actions that fall under the above “6. Restrictions on Use”, “7. Prohibitions” or “8. Notes” are performed.
・In the event of cancellation of use, we will not refund the paid fee or compensate for any damages incurred.
10.Disclaimers
Please note that we are not responsible for the following cases.
・In the event that it becomes difficult to use our store due to natural disasters, fires, or other force majeure, all damages incurred in using it.
・Any damage caused by theft or damage of property, cash, valuables, etc. of users and third parties
